1. Subscription Model
Total Worth Tracker operates on a monthly subscription model priced at ₹100 per month. The subscription is billed in advance at the beginning of each monthly billing cycle. Access to all features is granted immediately upon successful payment.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, and net banking.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Go to Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription
- Alternatively, email us at support@totalworthtracker.com with the subject line "Cancel Subscription"
Important: Cancellation does not stop the current billing period. Your access remains active until the subscription period expires. You will not be charged for the next cycle.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 General Rule — No Refunds
As a digital software subscription service, all payments are final and non-refundable once the billing period has commenced and access to the Service has been granted.
3.2 Exceptional Refund Circumstances
We may, at our sole discretion, consider refunds in the following situations:
- Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same billing period
- Technical error: If a verified technical fault on our end prevented you from accessing the Service for more than 72 consecutive hours
- Unauthorised transaction: If you can demonstrate that the subscription was created without your authorisation
3.3 Refund Process
- Contact us within 7 days of the charge at support@totalworthtracker.com
- Include your registered email, payment date, and reason for the refund request
- We will review and respond within 5 business days
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
3.4 Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after purchase
- Forgetting to cancel before the renewal date
- Partial-month usage — we do not prorate refunds
- Violations of our Terms of Service leading to account suspension
- Free trial periods (we do not offer free trials)
4. Account Data Upon Cancellation
Upon cancellation and expiry of your subscription period:
- Your account and investment data are retained for 30 days in case you wish to resubscribe
- After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted from our servers
- We recommend exporting your investment data before cancelling
5. Razorpay Payment Gateway
All payments are processed by Razorpay Payment Solutions Pvt. Ltd., which is PCI DSS compliant. We do not store your card or banking credentials. For any payment disputes or chargebacks initiated through your bank or card issuer, please also contact us so we can assist in resolving the matter.
