By accessing or using Total Worth Tracker (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

Total Worth Tracker is a subscription-based personal finance and investment portfolio tracking platform that allows users to:

• Track investments across multiple asset classes (equity, fixed income, real estate, gold, crypto, retirement, alternative)
• View live market prices for stocks, mutual funds, and cryptocurrencies
• Analyse portfolio performance including XIRR, CAGR, and P&L
• Calculate short-term and long-term capital gains for tax purposes
• Plan financial goals and SIP projections

Disclaimer: Total Worth Tracker is a portfolio tracking tool only. We do not provide investment advice, financial planning services, or stock recommendations. All investment decisions are made solely by the user.

3. Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Each account is for a single individual — sharing accounts is not permitted

4. Subscription & Payment

• The Service is available for a subscription fee of ₹100 per month
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking are accepted
• Your subscription renews automatically at the start of each billing cycle
• You authorise us to charge your payment method on the renewal date
• Prices may change with 30 days' advance notice to subscribers
• Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of access

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:

• Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
• No further charges will be made after cancellation
• Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on refunds

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service using automated tools
• Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of the Service without permission
• Upload malicious code or conduct denial-of-service attacks

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Total Worth Tracker and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Data: You retain full ownership of all investment data you enter into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Market prices or financial data will be 100% accurate or up to date
• The Service will meet your specific investment or tax requirements

Live prices are sourced from Yahoo Finance API and may have delays. Do not make investment decisions based solely on prices displayed on this platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Total Worth Tracker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or investment returns
• Decisions made based on data displayed on the Service
• Service downtime or unavailability

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
